Michael Stokes is a full-time horseman who provides a range of equine related services such as riding lessons, horse training, clinics/judging and horseshoeing services.

He is a graduate of the two year NBCC Agriculture Technician program and is a certified Level 1 Equine Canada riding coach. Michael, along with members of his family, raise American Quarter Horses on their farm.  The horses are broke, trained, and shod by Michael. When he has the opportunity, Michael continues to enjoy competing at local, provincial, and AQHA horse shows.  He is routinely called upon for his services and is an active member of AQHA, APHA, MQHA, NBEA, and Woodstock's local horse group- ETSA.

The business of Stokes Quarter Horses and Equine Service is based in Wilmot, NB (north of Woodstock, NB), Michael's work takes him up and down the St. John River Valley.
